At RoboLabs, we inspire the next generation of innovators by teaching kids how to think creatively and solve problems through hands-on robotics and coding projects.
Our programs challenge young minds, encourage teamwork, and make learning technology exciting for all experience levels.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who love working with kids and are eager to share their passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist students (ages 6–14) in robotics and coding lessons using RoboLabs’ curriculum.
  • Encourage creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration in every session.
  • Support students as they build, program, and test robotics and coding projects.
  • Track student progress and communicate updates with parents or guardians.
  • Maintain a positive, engaging, and safe classroom environment.
  • Participate in paid training to learn RoboLabs teaching tools and technology platforms.
  • Help maintain the organization and cleanliness of the centre.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, camps, mentoring, coaching, or similar).
  • Background or studies in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or Education preferred.
  • High school students with strong robotics or coding experience (e.g., LEGO® Robotics, VEX, Scratch, Python, MakeCode) are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
  • Creative, adaptable, and confident working with technology.
